How long will it take to design an email campaign for my business?
Once we get started on your project you can expect to have the first batch of concepts with you within three working days – usually we take less than 48 hours.
During this time we’ll carry out extensive research to ensure that we provide an email template that will really work for your equestrian business.
Once you’ve approved the template we can then convert it to HTML, test it, and send it usually within 24-48 hours.
Do I see emails before they are sent out?
Of course, at Equestrian ID we aren’t happy unless you are.
Therefore, you’ll receive test emails, before they are sent to your customers, to ensure that you’re 100% satisfied with how they look.
What do I need to provide you with so you can complete my email marketing campaign?

What is the best time to send out emails?
The years of experience we have gained at Equestrian ID has taught us that 10am – 12 noon is the best time to send out email marketing campaigns.
This is because your customers will typically have dealt with their morning’s work and be ready to read about a product or service that will benefit them.
We’ve also found that the best days of the week to send email marketing campaigns are Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Mondays and Fridays are usually busy days, when your customers will be starting or completing work, so they may not be receptive to the new information you’re asking them to read.

What are Autoresponders?
In terms of email marketing, autoresponders are emails which are set up to send automatically to any email address that has signed up to your mailing list. This would usually be a welcome email, but can also be used to send product or service tips to a mailing list subscriber straight away.
Autoresponders can also be set up to send a number of follow up emails to any subscriber within a set time frame (eg. one week after subscription). This is particularly helpful if you wish to send out a weekly email that includes service tips as they would be sent weekly automatically to any new subscriber.
This means your customers are getting further information, a brochure, or an online course as soon as they’ve signed up, whether you’re at your computer or not.
